1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes
4 cups vegetable broth
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cream

Use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth. If you don't have an immersion blender, let the soup cool a bit and blend it in batches in a regular blender.
