Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk(Full cream Milk)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup matcha powder

- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is hot but not boiling.
- Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the matcha powder until it’s fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a large bowl and let it cool to room temperature.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
